There are no age limits for good health, getting stronger, losing weight, becoming more flexible and balanced and having more stamina! In order to conquer that deep muscle tightness and pain, I’m certified in Manual Stretch Therapy, a technique that focuses on the first pillar of fitness, Flexibility.
I am a Manual Stretch Therapist certified through the Flexibility First Academy. The key to unlocking the body’s potential and developing top elite performance is optimal flexibility. By isolating and reactivating tight or tense muscle through stretching, you restore the flexibility and function of the muscle and the joint to which the muscle is attached.
